Photosensitive was started by professional photographers Shailan Parker and Joginder Singh in 2005 with the idea of bridging the gap between the visual component and the technicalities of photography.

Photosensitive has been conducting photography workshops and tours. To ensure a continuum in learning the photographers encourage interaction between participants of various workshops, online and offline. The group meets up for shoots and slide presentations leading to continued development.
